INTERFACING IS SOLD IN 50 CM UNITS, 90 CM WIDE
If you select one unit, you will receive a 50 x 90 cm piece.
If you select more than one unit, you will receive a single piece that is a multiple of half a metre.
Example: two units equal 1 metre; three units equal 1.5 metres.
Soluvlies interfacing is a water-soluble embroidery nonwoven and serves as a base material for all embroidery processes and new creative techniques.
It also dissolves in cold water and leaves no residue.

Fabrics: very fine and/or sheer; fabrics for lingerie and underwear; various fabrics (e.g. silk).
Advantages: base material for all machine embroideries. Washes away in water without leaving residue – even in cold water. Excellent stabilising properties during stitching.
Versatile in use, for example for free-motion lace, appliqués and inlaid motifs.
Use: place Soluvlies under the fabric, stretch Soluvlies and the fabric in the embroidery hoop, or embroider the design directly onto Soluvlies without fabric.
After you have finished embroidering, simply wash Soluvlies away.
For collage and layered techniques, place Soluvlies underneath, arrange fabrics and various materials on top (fabric scraps, fancy threads, ribbons, cords, etc.), cover with Soluvlies, then stitch all the layers together in a grid or cross pattern. Finally, wash away the Soluvlies.
Washing: iron very carefully, without steam! Iron setting: synthetic fibers / Nylon.
