This section governs the conditions, terms and procedures by which the customer may return purchased products and obtain a refund.

In particular, it covers: Right of withdrawal: time limits and conditions for exercising the right provided by law. Excluded products: categories of items that cannot be returned (if applicable). Return procedure: how to request and send a return, documentation and addresses. Condition of the product: the state in which items must be returned in order to receive a refund. Refund times: methods, payment instruments used and technical timeframes for crediting the amount. Return costs: any costs borne by the customer or whether the service is free of charge. Customer support: contacts and support channels for clarification or help with the procedure.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, from the moment of receipt of the order confirmation sent by Cerretti Claudia & C. srl and no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product at the address indicated for delivery. The date shown on the delivery note shall constitute full proof of receipt. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@cucireonline.com. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it to Cerretti Claudia & C. srl. To this end: 1 the deadline for returning the product is fourteen days from its receipt; the date shown on the delivery document shall constitute full proof. For the purposes of meeting the deadline, the product shall be deemed returned at the moment it is handed over to the accepting post office. 2 if the product has been delivered, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The customer must ship the product properly packaged and wrapped; Cerretti Claudia & C. srl does not accept returns of damaged products, but only of products kept in a normal state of preservation and stored with normal due care. Products damaged by detergents/additives, products damaged by the customer through negligence, or used products will not be replaced or refunded. The customer must place a copy of the delivery document received inside the shipping box. All transport risks for the return of products are entirely borne by the customer. 3 The costs of returning the goods to Cerretti Claudia & C. srl are borne by the customer. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale, Cerretti Claudia & C. srl will refund the amounts paid by the customer to their credit card or PayPal account or via the bank details provided by the customer. The refund will be made free of charge within 14 days from the date on which Cerretti Claudia & C. srl became aware of the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal. As provided for by Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 No. 206 and Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal governed by these terms and conditions of sale does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly customised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
